So yeah, this is Artsy's Queen Form. A true form of a Queen Dragon.
She doesn't change into this form very often, but when she does, it takes a lot to get her to change back.
While Artsy is very powerful in this stage, she's also very unstable, which can be a weakness.
The only way to get her to change into this form is to badly upset her. While in her usual form she's usually a nervous wreck, in Queen Form she's completely merciless and will attack anything in sight if it seems like the slightest threat to her or someone she cares about.
All Queen Dragons have a power, Artsy has one of the most common, fire. This power only grows to be stronger when in Queen Form (which is why normal form Queen Dragons are often killed, because they're weaker and serve no use to the pack). The different "upgrades" for this fire ability are Cold Fire, which is able to freeze enemies, Light Fire, which can blind and badly burn enemies, and Dark Fire (Artsy's fire ability), able to drain life force if it touches you. 

The fire abilities symbolize different things. Cold Fire symbolizes hatred, Light Fire symbolizes loneliness, and Dark Fire symbolizes revenge.
